Delete your account
Join Camera ("we", "us", or "our") provides this page so you can delete your Join Camera account and associated data, including if you no longer have the app installed. This page is for the Join Camera app and related services available at https://join.camera.

How to delete in the app
If you still have Join Camera installed:
- Open Join Camera and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
How to request deletion on the web
If you cannot use the in-app option (for example, you uninstalled the app), request deletion by email:
- Email raffi.yeghiazaryan@gmail.com from the address on your account.
- Ask us to delete your Join Camera account and associated data.
What we delete
When you delete your account, or when we process a deletion request, we delete or de-identify personal data tied to that account, including:
- Account and profile information, such as your display name and email or sign-in identifier.
- Events you host, as applicable.
- Photos tied to your account.
- Guest or session data we hold for you.
What we may keep (and how long)
We may keep limited records needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or purchase history.
We aim to remove or de-identify associated personal data within 30 days after deletion, except where we must retain limited data for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security. This matches our Privacy Policy.
